Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it with in 30
days of receipt with unused condition and get 100% money back guarantee.
No question asked. Original invoiced shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling
charges for product return.
Please email us before returning in order to get a "Return Authorization
Number".

1. Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any non-sale
items you purchased from www.argentinapolostore.com for any reason.
2. Goods should be returned in saleable condition to: 115 Hasting Ave.
#B Rutherford, NJ 07070 if you are in US&Canada. If you are in Europe
or other location, please contact us before shipping.
3. We cannot accept for exchange/refund:
- Any items returned more than 30 after delivery.
- Any item that has been worn.
- Any item that has had the tags removed.
- Any item that has been washed.
- Any item that has stains, animal hair, food, or other additions!
- All items returned must be in original condition.
4. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed
above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot
return the items to you.
Please try your boots on inside, preferably on a carpeted area.
When returning boots be sure to place them back into the carrier box or
an alternative. Do not ship boots only in the manufacturer's shoe box.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that is damaged.
We'll notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 21 business days of our
receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will
deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If it our error we will take
care of all shipping costs.

We ship worldwide using our premium partner: DHL (www.dhl.com).
All our ships are online international tracking information. Shipping
to U.S. and Canada Addresses Delivery occurs within 2 to 4 Business Days.
All items are shipped within the first 2 days after the order is placed.
Email us if you are in a hurry, all orders are placed taking care of all
customers' needs. We don't ship to APO/FPO/P.O. Boxes
Shipping to Other Countries
In most cases delivery will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

We do everything we can to ensure that the goods we have in our shop are
available immediately. Our site is audited daily to confirm that size
selections and products shown represent what we have in stock.
The custom made boots are delivered within 30 days form the day the payment
is processed. All information regarding to the stocked products is shown
on the online store next to each product.
Pricing
All Prices and Shipping Costs are quoted in U.S. dollars.
There are CUSTOM DUTIES involved in some countries. We have never has
problems with US and Canada as well as UK but there are some European
and Asian countries that have some duties fro these products. Contact
your local custom house for details.
